Minny Deol Olson is an Executive and Personal Coach based out of Florida. Minny has expertise in various topics, including: women in transition, corporate relocation, career and personal development, family and marriage issues, cultural sensitivity and awareness, and religious and spiritual exploration.
Minny comes to coaching with the strength of diverse experiences and a greatly varied background. A native of India, Minny immigrated with her family to Canada and grew up working on a dairy farm in rural Manitoba. After obtaining her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of North Dakota, Minny worked as a family therapist, a speech and language pathologist and as a television host (but not all at the same time!). As a community and team leader, Minny is passionate about diversity and inclusion, networking people together to create dynamic change. Her positive and empathetic outlook has helped her to successfully assist people in realizing their dreams and objectives while experiencing life and career transitions. Minny adds her own unique and positive style and energy to coaching.
Minny has been married to her college sweetheart for more than 30 years. Together they have raised two adult children, their son an Intellectual Property Attorney and their daughter a Wealth Manager and Financial Advisor. In her leisure time, she focuses on family, friendships, interior design and travel. Minny is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has completed her Professional Certification in Executive Coaching (PCEC) from the College of Executive Coaching based in Santa Barbara, CA. Minny also has a strong emphasis in Diversity, having completed certifications as both a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) from The Society For Diversity based in Indianapolis, IN.
Minny’s main mission in life is to help people be the best that they can be as they follow their passions both professionally and personally. She has had the opportunity to work with professionals and executives in the Aerospace, Law, Finance, Medical and Entertainment fields, and looks forward to continuing her work with these and many others.
