Rev. Carolyne Mathlin is an ordained Unity minister, serving as Senior Minister at Unity of Tustin, located in Southern California. Unity of Tustin is a contemporary, mystical, spiritual community offering events and classes as well as church services focused on living a mystical life Rev. Carolyne Mathlin was raised at Unity of Tustin and has immersed herself in mystical teachings and practices for many years. . She has dedicated her life to serving the Beloved and inspiring others to find their own connection to the Divine in the container of the Silence. Her primary practice is Centering Prayer and weaving Unity’s tradition of the Silence in with other meditation practices.

She has led multiple Centering Prayer classes and retreats. Retreat ministry is one of Carolyne’s passions. She says “Being on retreat is an essential part of a spiritual practice. It restores Truth sanity to a world that can appear to be insane.” She is in the process of being certified as a Centering Prayer Facilitator through Contemplative Outreach in Snowmass, CO as well as a Labyrinth facilitator through Veriditas. She is a certified SQ21 coach with Cindy Wigglesworth’s Deep Change. Rev. Carolyne is also a member of the San Francisco Evolutionary Collective with Patricia Albere, a group committed to creating an awakened ‘we space’ that transforms our understanding of what is possible in the space between us and in creating new fields of higher collective consciousness.

Rev. Carolyne currently serves on the Unity World Headquarters Board, www.unity.org. Over the years she has served on the Southwest Regional Board as President, on the Unity Church of Alhambra Foundation Board and on the Youth Education Advisory Team for youth consultants in the Southwest Region. Rev. Carolyne received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, Boston, MA in 2002.

Rev. Carolyne’s passion is teaching the practice of meditation and the Silence as practiced by Charles Fillmore and mystics throughout the ages, exploring contemporary spiritual symbols, rituals and teachings that provide meaning and purpose for a spiritually awake world, and being a part of global spiritual awakening.
